Reduce Inflammation with Antioxidants

Inflammation is our body’s natural immune response. It is the amazing way that our bodies self-heal. However, as we have discussed over these past few weeks, chronic inflammation is at the root of most degenerative diseases, such as heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
